At IND School Management System, we take pride in the products and services we offer. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
IND School Management System offers a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at refund@indschool.in within 7 days of purchasing. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products.
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 3 Working Days. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refund@indschool.in.
We may update our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
